A case describing Cesarean Section Homicide within the context of psychopathic female murders has been reported in the forensic literature.[5] The Perri and Lichtenwald article outlines the murder of Bobby Jo Stinnett by Lisa Montagomery. After her arrest and detainment in jail waiting trial for committing a Cesarean Section Homicide, Lisa Montagomery was recorded in a telephone call with her husband saying that she was “messing with” the psychiatrists by saying she heard voices. The defense used Lisa Montagomery’s brain scan as part of an insanity defense.
